Gnarls Barkley, composed of CeeLo Green and Danger Mouse, returns with a third and final album titled, Atlanta. The duo first teased their comeback on Instagram with a cryptic post featuring artwork by Butcher Billy. Named after their hometown, the album include 13 tracks produced by Danger Mouse. The lead single, “Pictures”, was released on February 26. In the song, CeeLo Green reflects on memories from his youth while riding the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority train system.He explained that the track was inspired by a middle school experience when he spent Fridays riding the train alone, which shaped the reflective theme of the song.
